Trojan after sale gym equipment parts seems to be a continues problem. I have written before about the pathetic service from [email protected]. I am not sure if it's incompetency. There is a lack of follow up after enquiry had been logged and a return computer generated reply ensures you of a consultant that will get back to you. The outlet stores (Game, Makro etc.) will make promises about after sale service availability without them knowing what a run around it is to get any reply.
