Hammond Pole Attorneys continues to harass me with repeated collection demands for an account I have never opened. Despite my numerous requests that they stop contacting me and my refusal to provide personal information for a debt that is not mine, they persist in sending multiple collection emails daily. This conduct is unprofessional, harassing, and demonstrates a failure to properly verify the alleged debt before pursuing collections. I have made it clear that they may proceed with whatever further actions they threaten, as I do not have any overdue accounts with any institution. Their ongoing behavior is unacceptable and must stop immediately.

Worst possible company to deal with!!! Paid settlement discount in Dec 2025 already. 2 months later still not resolved and cleared. Still getting threats even though waiting on their call to resolve this matter!! No supervisor call back no record keeping on their supposed system. You guys don’t know how to properly finalise matters!!

Auto rehab / restructure done on SBSA VAF account without my knowledge and added an additional 1 year to my Vehicle account, i dealt with Koketso and then another lady and then Boitumelo. I have phoned Standard bank to ask if i can get the auto rehab reversed and if my term could be brought back to original term which supposed to end next year April or May 2026 now i have to pay for an additional 8 months of instalments and a balloon payment because people cannot communicate to there clients efficiently. Please can LWN and Standard Bank VAF check into this and let me know what can be to get my original term in place so i don’t have to for an additional 8 more months, we are trying to finish our debt but how can you when they milk the last of our money from us

I got a snotty email from FNB that I had to contact LWM Debt Recovery regarding 16 year old credit card debt which was supposed to have been written off after 3 years. I spoke to Brilliant at LWM a very nice helpful lady who promised she would get back to me. I also sent an email to Dineo and Ethin. None of these people have gotten back me. Service is SHOCKING. I am a 65 year old pensioner and have received FANTASTIC service from SASSA and UIF which are Government departments.

I received a call on 28/07/2025 from Sibongiseni (lwmdebtrecovery.co.za ) to settle my revolving loan by paying R2000 within 24hours and send proof of payment to +***. I made the payment and sent the proof of payment. On 25/08/2025, money was deducted from my bank account. I went to FNB bank and the consultant called LWM Debt Recovery, someone answered and took my details and said they will call us back and never did. I called again on 02/09/2025 and I was sent to Mlamuli Zulu who told me he has no authority to make final decision and he will escalate to his senior to contact me. I understood and he kept updating me on the investigation they needed to do and to listen to the call. I called the following day and I was informed that the Team Leader that was supposed to call me starts work at 10am. I waited for to call and she did not call. I called on the 3rd September and I asked to speak to Mlamuli , who told me the Team Leader is in a meeting and she will call me, again, she did not call. I called on Monday the 8th of Sep and spoke to Mlamuli, again I was told that the Team Leader starts work at 10 am. I called at 10:22 am and was put on hold while they were looking for her. Another consultant called Hlekethani took my call and told me she listened to the call recording and she can confirm that what I was saying was the truth, Sibongiseni did say I must pay R2000 and my loan would be settled. She then said Sibongiseni was supposed to tell me that there will be one last deduction. I was not happy because this information was not disclosed, I paid R4000 in July and I had not planned for another debit order. Hlekethani confirmed that she needs to speak to her superiors who will approve the refund then she would call me back at 1pm, she did not call. I called back at 2pm and demanded to speak to her. When I finally spoke to her again after several calls. She changed her story and said Sibongiseni did not say I must pay the money. She started talking over me and told me that there is no refund. She was rude and very unprofessional, especially since she is a Team Leader who deals with complaints. I asked for her surname and she refused to give it to me. I demand a refund of the amount that was ********ly deducted, Sibongiseni said the payment of R2000 would settle my loan, the last debit order was never mentioned.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from LWM Debt Recovery. I have settled my fnb account in full, yet despite numerous requests, I am still waiting for my paid up letter from Brenda Mokoena. After day in and out promises that I will receive it before end of business well end of business doesn't take more than 20 business days Brenda! It is very frustrating that the company is quick to call and email reminders when payments are due, but when it comes to updating my credit record and providing my settlement letter, the process suddenly becomes slow and inefficient. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism. I have made multiple follow ups, but I continue to receive no proper assistance or resolution. A customer who has paid their account in full should not have to beg for a paid up letter or wait endlessly for their credit rating to be updated. I urge LWM Debt Recovery to resolve this matter immediately and to improve their service delivery and accountability going forward.
