No refund as promised
I ordered a product online that turned out to be out of stock. I asked for a refund as they did not have a suitable alternative in a similar price range. I was promised this by last week Thursday but to date have not received my refund - almost two weeks and now not getting responses.

14 May 2026, 11:54After I posted this, I received a confirmation that they will refund through the gateway payment process (instead of into the bank account I provided details for at their request) and it will take up to 10 days to process according to the email. I needed the refund to purchase the items elsewhere as they were needed for this weekend. All because their website incorrectly indicated stock of an item that they did not have available. If they had processed the refund immediately when I first asked, I would have the money by now.
