Firstly, when I called to ask if the Wiki Deals breakfast was available all day, I was told “from 8–5” instead of simply being told yes. It would also have been helpful if the staff member had mentioned on the phone that the deal needed to be printed.

I then arrived at Limnos Edward Street with my family to celebrate my dad’s 79th birthday breakfast. We waited quite a while before anyone came to serve us, and when we finally tried to order the breakfast special, we were told that the deal had to be printed and that we could “go to Postnet” to print it. This was extremely disappointing and unnecessary, especially considering this information could have been communicated over the phone beforehand.

From the time I called until the time I walked out which was after I was told the deal needs to be printed, nothing about my experience felt professional. The communication was poor, the service was slow, and the overall experience was frustrating — especially as this was my first visit to Limnos. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend it either.
