Provident fund

I worked 2 years full at a primary school called George Randell Primary School. Provident fund was deducting R1000 per month. I resigned in December 2025 and i only Recived R12000 on the 25 February 2026 as my statement in September was R17000 so how does your own salary gets deducted every month but in return you little of your own money that you work for. So unfair and selfish.
