Horrible, even after I paid the settlement offer, they still continued to debit my account for 4 months.
Now I find myself fighting for a refund, there isn't even clear communication on when I will even get it.

Today marks a month since I queried this refund, still it hasn't been paid and all you do is just call me with no way forward or proper communication.
What do you suggest I do now because clearly writing on this platform doesn't move you at all?
