Incorrect account status

I have a lendplus account that was paid in February of 2025 yet remains open on my credit reports.

LGR confirmed payment was received and gave me the settlement letter. However lendplus demands that LGR sends them the payment file in order for the account to be closed.

I have sent proof of payment as well as the settlement letter but lendplus is refusing to close the account because they are stating that LGR did not send through the payment file to them.

Please speak to lendplus and send the payment file because I have sent it numerous times and they are refusing to close it.

LGR has informed me that payment was received and the account is closed on their side. However lendplus is demanding that LGR sends the payment file through to them because they are stating nothing was received on their side. Please can someone send the information needed through to them. I have sent the settlement letter numerous times but they are refusing to close the account until LGR provides the payment file.
