Legal and Tax - more like ******* and Tax

I highly do not recommend this company. My husband has been a paying client for the past 7 years, faithfully maintaining his contributions. Unfortunately, when he finally needed their assistance, the support provided was limited and stopped at a certain point, leaving us responsible for covering the remaining costs ourselves. We specifically pay for legal and tax cover with the expectation that we will be defended and supported, with costs covered through to the end. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our attorney confirmed that we are now liable for the outstanding balance for the services rendered, which came as a complete surprise given the length of time we have been contributing. It is extremely disappointing to commit to a service for so many years, only to find that when you need it most, the support falls short. It feels similar to paying for medical aid, only for treatment to be halted halfway (open and naked on the operating table) because the coverage has run out.
