Bakubung Bush Lodge

Stayed at the lodge last week. The room was not checked prior to arrival and took a very long to resolved. I was told by reception to speak to other departments and sort it out. A similar incident occured the next day whereby the room was not checked and reception said I must phone housekeeping.

Still waiting on the manager to provide feedback as promised.
