Complaint about La Pirogue Ballito

Complaint about La Pirogue Ballito I booked my December 2025 accommodation through bookings.com. On the bookings.com site the property. owner requested that an EFT payment be made to confirm/secure my booking. I made the EFT transfer on 03 November with the banking details that was provided by the property owner. The owner confirmed via phone that payment received and everything secured. Now they CANCEL my booking .and turn their phone to VOICEMAIL and NO REFUND!

Seems this property owner is ****MING people so BEWARE!!!
