I ordered a chest of drawers online from KBG The Glen. It took a while between payment and delivery. When delivered the first time, it was a day early so I was out. The second time, it arrived with a gash on the front. The third time it came at 20h00! The handles for the chest were given to me separately to install myself. The handles were plastic, poor quality, 1 broken+ 2 covered in paint and most annoyingly, the screws supplied were too short so they didn't go into the handles more than 2mm which resulted in them coming off. Louisa said I could come to the shop myself and she would arrange new handles. When I got there, I saw the same style of handle on display but metal. She said could I order those for R8 each but it would be quicker to go to Gelmar and buy them myself for less than R8 each. I got handles at my own expense for R15 each = R150. Those screws were also too short to go through the panel of wood.
