Poor Serviice

My car was towed into Nelspruit Multi franchise last week Tuesday 12 May 2026...i have not received any update on what is wrong with my car I have been calling with no response from them they promise to call but never do, it's almost a week now I am frustrated without a car and no information, car is still under warranty.
