Poor Serviice
My car was towed into Nelspruit Multi franchise last week Tuesday 12 May 2026...i have not received any update on what is wrong with my car I have been calling with no response from them they promise to call but never do, it's almost a week now I am frustrated without a car and no information, car is still under warranty.

Bad service
Reported a broken sliding door for a claim was told they appointed a service provider and a sms with more information will be sent, nothing was sent. 2 days later when making follow up that there was no contractor found in my area, I have to get my own quotations after 2 nights of sleeping without a glass on the door.
