Order "currently Processing" five weeks after placing order

Placed order on 2 September 2023 and it's still "currently Processing" as at 9 October, five weeks later. Sent an email on 21 September asking when my order was likely to arrive and got no response. First time I've bought from keebot.com and will definitely not buy from them again.

It is now 5 weeks since I placed my order and it is still being processed and hasn't yet even been dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

Please reply to this email. The last email I sent you, you didn't even bother to reply.
