My mother move out 31/3/2026 and till today 11/5/2026 no refund no feedback Where is our refund for the deposit

My mom is 83 years old and live there for 8 years and today that totally disgusting lady tell me we must pay for paint on 2 walls and a carpet cleaning or replacement. What about wear and tear. Really this is terrible terrible terrible and i will keep on writing reviews till this matter is done. Who can i phone. Our hands are totally bind /. We can do nothing and the owner are liable for absolutely nothing
