Since Jan2026 some of my deposits do not reflect in my wallet, they remain " Under Review". Some of these I have received the funds after reporting it here and some I haven't. This week its 2 deposits of R500 each. If i forget to log this ticket with them. They will not even try to assist. And sometimes you log and they take over 3 days to resolve it. Their system does not change the status from " Under Review" to Approved after they have resolved the issue. so this makes it impossible to know which deposit has been release.
This week, 05may R500 and 6th May R500, ticket was initially closed without this been resolved.
I am not happy at all
