Europe was good enough to give me your Cape Town number - I live just 7km away - , but - as expected, you electronic-voice asked me to send an e-mail (already sent...), then said (auto-voice!) they would PUT ME THROUGH, but 'could not complete the action' (tried 3x...) . Loyal J&J (lifelong) customer, but thinking of throwing the (metaphorical) baby out with the bathwater...!
