*****ing R4800 for work not done, avoiding me

I found this company on Facebook Marketplace showing they do steel work including handrails which is what I wanted. They immediately said I may contact them on WhatsApp which I did. They gave me a quote of R4800 which I paid 21 March 2026. Afterwhich I have been ignored, given run around and avoided. I went to their office in Boksburg and spoke to Melisa who said she apologies for the treatment and does not know when work will commence. She phoned Justin who said he would refund my money the next day 11 April 2026 and he has not. He has blocked me on Facebook and they refuse to take my calls. I called him on Facebook before the block and he told me to call my lawyer, saying are you so poor now that I have your money. He said thats small money. Meaning he has no intention of doing the work paid for nor refunding me. This is a ********, a ***** that the world must know.
