I purchased my vehicle from Jetour Bryanston in November, and it unfortunately did not come with a spare key. I was told at the time that the key had been misplaced and that they would arrange a replacement.
It has now been several months, and despite multiple follow-ups and repeated promises, the spare key has still not been provided. Communication has been poor, and I’ve had to constantly chase for updates with no resolution.
Out of concern for my own situation — especially if I were to lose the only key I currently have — I decided to take matters into my own hands. Jetour then agreed that I could source the key myself and be reimbursed. I obtained a quote and invoice from VW as the vehicle is a Polo purchased through their Jetour Bryanston branch.
However, even after doing this, they are now taking an unreasonably long time to process the reimbur*****t. The entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing.
I expected far better service and accountability when purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, this has been a very poor experience overall.
