Bad service
I am very frustrated with the service from IPComms. There was planned maintenance on 25 April, and prior to that I experienced multiple outages within a short period. Now, I am once again without internet, with no prior communication. While I understand maintenance is sometimes necessary, the repeated outages and lack of clear communication are unacceptable. I have logged tickets and raised concerns, but the issue keeps recurring. As a paying customer, I expect reliable service and proper updates. I would like: A clear explanation Assurance that this will be resolved permanently Compensation for the downtime If this continues, I will have no choice but to consider cancelling my contract.
