Exceptionally Poor Service

On the 9th of March we went to purchase a 3kV solar system from InvestSolar, we have encountered several problems ever since.

1 The brochure indicated that the system will include four Canadian solar panels, we only recieved 3 panels

2 We also paid for the system with 3 seperate bank cards (R5000 on one card, R10000 on the second card and R9000) the balance of the 6000 we paid in cash, however did not recieve a receipt. We have flagged this however have been met by a very rude "Yuslin" who has since refused to issue us with electronic receipt of the balance

3. COC is yet to be done on the installed system and there has been no communication on when we will receive the compliance certificate.
