How inhumane can a service provider be? My father, a senior used their services to travel to Worcester on 11 May 2026. On 12 May he was informed that they are not able to enter Worcester due to floods and all entrances closed. The bus dropped my father off at Beaufort West on the morning of 12 May. He is stranded in the midst of a storm, with nowhere to go. Will intercape take responsibility for anything that happens to him?
