Intercape-Worst & most inhumane bus service ever
How inhumane can a service provider be? My father, a senior used their services to travel to Worcester on 11 May 2026. On 12 May he was informed that they are not able to enter Worcester due to floods and all entrances closed. The bus dropped my father off at Beaufort West on the morning of 12 May. He is stranded in the midst of a storm, with nowhere to go. Will intercape take responsibility for anything that happens to him?

Insurance money deducted despite proof of comprehensive insurance sent
Proof of comprehensive insurance sent on 27 January 2026, yet an additional amount for insurance was dectucted together with my monthly installment on 26 February 2026. Numerous follow up emails sent, to confirm whether documents were received, went by with messages that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. WesBank never contacted me since 27 January to date. I called WesBank Insurance division on 26 February enquiring why the money was deducted only to speak a rude consultant who did not resolve my problem. Pathetic!

Poor quality beds and bad service: Sleepmasters
Disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from the Potchefstroom store regarding a double bed and base set I purchased on 29 April 2022 (for my son) which started sagging in the middle, after less than two years from date of purchase. After 3 months of no action, since logging my complaint on 12 April, I followed up on my initial complaint only to learn that it was not logged in the first place. After following up on the progress of my complaint I was promised a replacement under guarantee. However, after six weeks of no action, and waiting for the replacement to be delivered as they were low on stock, I was informed that the guarantee had expired and a warranty fee of R1300 was required. This contradictory information has caused significant inconvenience and distress. Countless phone calls, contradicting information from Sleepmasters Potchefstroom manager, area manager and customer service at Restonic, I can only say, do yourselves a favour and refrain from purchasing beds from Sleepmasters.
