What a nightmare dealing with Incentiv who are running the Samsung Buy and Get promo. They are the most unhelpful people with specific reference to Amin Davis and Chantal Pitcher.

Please do not buy any Samsung Buy and Get promo item because redeeming the vouchers will be cumbersome and a nightmare! I repeat DO NOT BUY! I will not go into the details of the service I received from the two people?????????. Samsung says they do not run the promo and Incentiv runs the promo so false advertising as well.
