I dread hearing they will be delivering my parcels. They have no customer care service. They are ridiculously slow. They don't answer the number provided and their WhatsApp service is a joke. Even their robotic service is so stupid.

This courier is a ****, I ordered two items from China , same order but somehow imile charged them separately...I don't get why online retailers use them, they make money on orders by charging ridiculous customs fees, I paid half of the item price for each item....BS

What everyone else is saying. They don't answer WA, X or the phone. They make up the import duty. They need to be taken to small claims court. This is the type of thing I do, even if it costs me more. The other alternative is that I will drive to their office. Then all hell will break loose. Trust me on the latter.

Extremely disappointed with IMile’s delivery service. I constantly receive messages saying, “delivery attempted failure due to insufficient address/phone details,” yet no delivery attempt is ever actually made. My address and contact details are 100% correct and have been provided accurately every time. It’s frustrating to wait for parcels only to receive false updates claiming an attempted delivery when nobody contacted me or arrived at my address. Customer service and communication have been very poor, and this has happened repeatedly. IMile seriously needs to improve its delivery process, transparency, and driver accountability.

Worst Courier Service ever. No attempt to contact delivery address, no feedback on e-mail enquiries, then returns parcel to origin. Call Centre not reachable, does not understand English

I don't know why SHEIN keeps using this company. I have been waiting for a pick up since 14 April 2026, to date, no collection was made. You cannot call, as the number does not work. Logging emails is just as useless. I would like to get my parcel collected as I need the refund to purchase the correct safety boots. It has been over a month now. You only get a month to return goods to SHEIN. Makes you wonder if this is their way of making money. I will not make use of SHEIN again, I would much rather go with TEMU.
