I am writting to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service i received on date of purchase 2025-01-02.I purchased a ticket for myself and my 2 children for R2190 to travel from Beaufort West to Johannesburg.
We arrived at the station at 23:45 on 2025:01:03 as per the schedule.unfortunately,the bus never arrived ,and there was no communication from their company regarding the delay or cancellation.We waited until 07:30 the next morning with my young children but had no choice but to return home due to lack of information and assistance.
I contacted your customer support via email on 2025-01-04 to adress- [email protected] and spoke with a representative named Chester.They promised to investigate and resolve the issue,however I have not receive any response from them since then.I have also tried calling your landline number ,but it goes traight to voicemail.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. I am requesting a full refund for the ticket amount R2120.I am not interested in a voucher,as i do not plan to travel to Western Cape in the foreseeable future.
