IGrows team has been an extreme nightmare for me I’ve always been a good payer but when it came to me moving out that’s when it became horrible Moving in was great Great service from Mavelin
The nightmare started with communicating with Thato Mmatladi Very very rude girl, doesn’t come back to me Doesn’t answer emails Poor communication has a large ego I called her and made an enquiry about processes of moving out and she mentioned to me if I do move out I’ll have to pay 2 months rental not unless there’s a new tenant which I then said if that’s the case I’d rather pay every month having occupancy
She then sent an email to the people who do the moving out scheduling
When they called me I asked “does this mean I don’t have to pay for other months”- assuming a tenant has been found I then rushed to move out
When I called her all she could say was that “I’m a ****” constantly screaming calling me a **** Never to come back to me
It’s approaching a new month AND IM BEING BILLED! No deposit return NOTHING
I HATE THIS COMPANY AND JUST DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM
they’ve now sent me a statement of 16000 from where!
