My water went off due to a technical error with the water meter
My water went off due to a technical error with the water meter. I noted the error with Ideal who tried to get in contact with the OEM, but they never rep****. Linda, one of the Ideal staff members ran with my query and went above and beyond to assist. He managed to arrange a Ideal Technician who was able to assist and rectify the error. I would also commend him for following up so diligently to get my issue resolved. Thank you Linda & The Ideal Team. #Trendsetters
