Liquid Capital and MOTUS have been completely dishonest and unwilling to accept responsibility for allowing a *****ulent claim by a third party on my policy. After paying UPFRONT for my extended service plan policy and being told it is not transferrable once I sell my vehicle, they paid out a claim to the dealership that purchased my car. I had cancelled the policy in writing and requested a refund prior to the dealership booking my car in. This service cost R5,500 which was due to me as part of my refund. It is Liquid Capital’s responsibility to recover these funds from the dealership they incorrectly paid, not mine to negotiate between two divisions of the Motus Group.
