I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Hyundai Sandton following the purchase of my vehicle in December. From the beginning, the process was inconsistent and frustrating, largely due to incorrect information provided during the sale by a gentleman named Geff. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly promised a spare key. However, it is now March and I have yet to receive it. In an effort to resolve this, I have personally made multiple trips between the dealership and Legends Locksmith, where I must commend Brad for his professionalism and assistance. Despite this, the dealership (Lindiwe who I spoke to personally)has failed to follow through on her commitments. I have repeatedly had to initiate follow ups myself, as communication from the team has been minimal to non-existent. This is unacceptable. I have visited the dealership numerous times, only to be redirected from one person to another, with no clear accountability or resolution. It is extremely disappointing that, as a loyal supporter of the Hyundai brand, I have had to escalate this matter to senior management just to see some movement. As it stands, I have been forced to arrange and potentially pay for the spare key myself, at an additional cost of approximately R5,000. An expense that should never have been mine to bear, as the key was part of the original agreement. This entire experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening that once the sale is completed, the level of care and responsibility appears to diminish entirely. Not cool man

Be very careful when buying a second hand car from this dealership. 3 months after purchase when the license was due for renewal, I found out the car is not even registered in my name yet. Suffice to say bank is putting pressure on them to get it sorted asap but I have still to this date not received a sufficient answer or explanation as to why this car is not registered in my name. At this point, I am hoping Wesbank cancels contract and they can take their car back so that I can go buy a car somewhere else because I have lost all trust in this dealership Never seen such levels of incompetence from a dealership before.

Excellent experience at Hyundai Sandton City! The team was incredibly welcoming, and Mpho Kwinda, the sales consultant, was exceptionally patient, approachable, and thorough in answering all my questions before I decided to trade in my car. Thank you, Hyundai Sandton City! Definitely coming back again 😊

Going through the motions of my car trade in was a very timeous & stressful process for me, but Rusita from Hyundai Sandton helped me through all the steps & different options, gave me helpful advice and guidance, was extremely patient with my constant queries & concerns, and ensured that I was 100% happy with both my old car sale & new car purchase even after paperwork had been signed & cars traded.

The brand has a sequence of bad service. I tried calling them to book for service in Sandton .like the first time there is always a problem of bad reception.....my worry now is why every time when logging a call this happens. IT was the second time it happened . Hence i ended up servicing the car at woodmead.I called woodmead right after. They picked up we spoke no issues of bad reception .It leaves the bad taste in my mouth for such Big brand......

I am very disappointed with the service received from this dealer. First the waiting time is pathetic was there by 7.15 only to be attended at 7.55 after I have raised my concerns the security was rude. Then the service advisor was worse very rude and raised her voice on me telling me that I am demanding discount while I explained to her that I usually ask for discount as it is within my right she forced me to sign some document. That lady is very rude. I am never taking my car there ever again.
