We sent our company vehicle (Hyundai H100) to Hyundai East Rand Boksburg on 10 April 2026 for a major service. Unfortunately, what followed has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience for our business. Just three days after the service, the vehicle had to be returned to the dealership because the fan belt was making a loud noise and required re-tensioning. This already raised concerns about the quality of the work performed. About a week later, while our driver was out on a delivery in Wonderboom, the vehicle broke down completely. Oil was leaking, and the vehicle would not start at all. We then had to arrange and pay for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership in Wonderboom. We were later informed that the vehicle had been moved back to Hyundai East Rand. Since its arrival there, we have received absolutely no communication from the service department. Despite numerous calls, we have been unable to speak to anyone who can provide us with an update. Messages are left, but no one returns our calls. We have asked to speak to the service manager and are repeatedly told they are unavailable. We have asked to speak to the dealer principal and are told the landline is not working. This level of inaccessibility and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable for an authorised dealership. We are a business, and this vehicle is critical to our daily operations. The downtime has directly affected our ability to complete deliveries, resulting in financial losses. There appears to be no urgency from the dealership to resolve the issue or even communicate with us. At this point, we are seriously questioning the quality of workmanship carried out during the initial service, as the vehicle has experienced more problems after the service than before. We expect: * Immediate feedback on the status of the vehicle * A full explanation of what caused the oil leak and breakdown * Clarity on whether this is linked to the recent service * Urgent resolution of the issue * Consideration for the business losses incurred due to the vehicle being out of operation This entire experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. We hope this matter will be treated with the urgency it deserves.

Refuse cashback of R15K as part of deposit. False advising on cashback and monthly installment of R2850.00 in creased with R700. Demand that I pay the R15K before I get the Exter. Finance (Sifisos) ****s customers to arranged loans over eight years to ******* customers. Dishonest. Don't care, could not be bothered, attitude. Claim they can't honor HO responsible for advertising. I waited for three hours only to leave without a car deposit paid. Had to take Uber to get home. The service I got from Kia was so professional and excellent. Kia Endenvale, thank you for showing me that there are still honest dealerships that care about customers.

I am writing this review with disappointment and anger because I have in the dealership since 7:50 trying to get help. The Sales Manager Lesley is not a good man, I want to bring back my Renault Triber because it has issues and now I am told that they need to fix it. I don't want the car anymore because of Mechanical issues and my line of work is too heavy for that car. Anyone please assist. My email address is [email protected].

The worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car through Nokukhanya Sikhosana. She is unprofessional and seems to not know how important her job is. She doesn’t communicate. You need to follow her behind for something she will get paid for at the end of the day. I’m really disappointed by this hideous service. Even complained to Sfiso who is in finance about the service I am getting from this girl but nothing has changed even after talking to him.

Last year August Hyundai promised R60 000 cash back when ladies buy cars since it was women month. Hyundai said they paid deposit for me and prime rates. This month prime rate went down then I talked to Wesbank and asked about the R60 000 paid by Hyundai. Wesbank said there are no records of any deposit. I also paid R40 000 to top up for the deposit☹️no records of any payment at Wesbank. Don't misinterpret me I sincerely love my car the only concern is the promised cash back🤔

Hi, had my H100 in 3 times to fix speedometer. First: went for service and did not fix it. Second: booked it in after service again to fix where they informed me it was Cartracks fault that it doesn't work. Cartrack came out and gave a report to establish that the problem is not on their side. Third: Booked it in once again, said it was only a fuse but again it still didn't work. called with no relevant person to talk to, left my number and still no phone call. Wrote emails with the dealer principle in copy and still no feedback. NOT GREAT SERVICE AT ALL

Bought 2017 H1 vehicle from Hyundai East Rand in December 2023 and took out 2 year extended warranty with Msure. We noticed an oil leak in April 2024 and reported it to Hyundai East Rand, they kept the vehicle for more than 2 weeks assessing oil leak and eventually they ordered intercooler and hose from Korea which took more than 3 weeks to arrive ,they refused to give us a courtesy vehicle to use even though we pleaded with them that it was a business vehicle(Scholar transport) more than a month later and about 10 visits to Hyundai East Rand and after they claimed to have fixed it, we picked up H1 on Friday 2nd August and the vehicle is still leaking oil. The oil leak was reported within 6 months of purchasing the vehicle yet as a consumer we still encountering their bad service and incompetence. Management at dealership refuses to take ownership of incompetence. We are asking the dealership to provide us with courtesy car or hired vehicle so we can bring the vehicle back to Hyundai East Rand to fix the oil leak.
