Unprofessional Conduct from Hypersure Staff

If I could give zero stars, I would. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Hypersure in Amanzimtoti!

I have been a client of Hypersure since 2008, and unfortunately my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

Our insurance matter took several months to receive proper feedback and resolution despite repeated follow-ups from our side. Communication was inconsistent, and we often struggled to get clear updates regarding the progress of the matter. This caused unnecessary stress and frustration during a time when we expected professional assistance and support.

I was also dissatisfied with aspects of the assessment process, as I do not believe certain relevant areas were properly inspected before conclusions relating to wear and tear were reached.

Following my complaint, I had telephone discussions with a representative from the company which I experienced as dismissive, confrontational, and unprofessional. During one conversation regarding delays and staff responsiveness on Saturdays, comments were made that left me feeling that my concerns about service standards during working hours were not being taken seriously.

I also have concerns regarding the handling of confidential information connected to our policy and complaint, which I believe may have been discussed with another client without our consent. Due to these concerns, I intend referring the matter to the appropriate ombudsman and regulatory channels for further review.

To add to an already stressful experience, we were also threatened with legal action unless we removed our review. Consumers should be able to share honest feedback regarding their experiences without ************.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a long-standing client, and I hope the matter is handled professionally going forward so that future clients receive better service and communication.
