I purchased 2 vouchers which I did not use and ahead of their expiration date, I emailed asking for a refund with their policy. It’s works out to upwards of R1000 and they still have not responded to a single email and I have not received any communication after all these months. The next step here is the consumer goods Ombudsman, I’m about to pull my petty Pete out here because these people are completely nonsensical!!! They have no idea what it is that I have to do to make the money that I earn and think that they can ***** it from me. NEVER!!!
