My biggest regret ever...

Please don't use this company. They are poorly managed to say the least. The owner promises you so many things and doesn't deliver. His time and project management skills are putrid. He promised to complete the project in 2 weeks and a month later I am still waiting... His artisans that he uses are very bad in their trade. Broke and chipped so many tiles. Used the adhesive as grouting when they ran out of the material because the gaps were so huge even though we supplied them with spacers. I have paid him most of the money already and by doing this he is not responding. He installed the bath, which I informed him the next day is leaking. He wanted me to pay the plumber to fix it. He didn't install the basin and didn't know how to install the shower. Didnt buy other fixtures that I paid for. We had to pay someone to install the door.He just left the rubble on my property and a hole in my wall...
