My biggest regret
<div>I hired Honesta projects to do a renovation inlcuding building a new bedroom and bathroom, breaking through a wall and adding a ensuite. This was meant to be a 5 week project. I made all payments as requested - witholding only the final payment until the project is done. To date the project that started on 21 Jan 2023 is still incomplete. Not one line item has been completed by Honesta Projects (also going by Honesta Building Services). The work started great in the first two weeks and the deliverables were met, he then started on working on several parts of the build, increasingly asking for larger sums so that he can "complete" the work. Here's a breakdown of the current situation: - The roof installed on the new extensions was incorrectly installed and needs to be re-installed - Additional roof work done in my bedroom - now needs to be replaced as it was poorly done - There are rooms that have no windows - None of the bathrooms are done. - They have no toilets, basins or baths installed - None of the electrical work is done. - The required demolision is not done. - My stack doors, bathroom doors and double doors that have been "ordered" have never arrived. The project is at best 65% done, to date no aspect of the working taken on is complete. I now have to hire new contractors to replace the inferior workmanship. ***** says many things, has a reason and an excuse for everything, but as it turns out not much of what he said was true. I can't believe that the intention was ever to deliver a complete product. After spending all that money I now have a house that I'm not able to live in.</div>

Very smooth project
When doing our due diligence on this company we came across these negative listings. We also so positive listings which got us very curious. During our interview process, our then contractor was open and provided logical reasons for these listings. What got our attention is that builder stood by his guns and said those listings are not entirely accurate. We entrusted Vincent Peters with our R1.6M build. He delivered on every aspect. We will recommend this builder in the future.

Very smooth project

My biggest regret ever...
Hi all Please don't use this company. They are poorly managed to say the least. The owner promises you so many things and doesn't deliver. His time and project management skills are putrid. He promised to complete the project in 2 weeks and a month later I am still waiting... His artisans that he uses are very bad in their trade. Broke and chipped so many tiles. Used the adhesive as grouting when they ran out of the material because the gaps were so huge even though we supplied them with spacers. I have paid him most of the money already and by doing this he is not responding. He installed the bath, which I informed him the next day is leaking. He wanted me to pay the plumber to fix it. He didn't install the basin and didn't know how to install the shower. Didnt buy other fixtures that I paid for. We had to pay someone to install the door.He just left the rubble on my property and a hole in my wall...

Poor service and quality work
Paid him In full for renovation and added braai, nutec gate and fluorescent light. It's months later no gate or refund. He build me a braai that i can't use due to fire hazard , I now have to get a new contractor to rebuild.
