Extremely happy with the service received.

Great service received from a gent working at Hi-Tec Somerset Mall yesterday. He was so attentive, polite and very friendly. I went there to return a jacket and sneaker that I bought online, went there met a lady she wasn’t as friendly or I think she didn’t hear correctly why we were there. We greeted and told her I would like to exchange these items for bigger sizes, she told me to write an E-mail to HI-tec then the guy came from nowhere it was like Jesus came on earth and saved the day. He assisted us, with a smile and respective way and the lady left only saw her when we were done.

I was really impressed with the service received, I think the lady misunderstood me I wanted an exchange not a refund. Keep up the good work guys, I will surely come back to buy from the store again.
