Terrible customer service

First the receptionest has an attitude, if there is 3 or more customers she gets frustrated and her customer service is poor. Not a great way to be greated and serviced. Secondly the worker Erik he has no filter to his mouth,installs something and its not correct to get them out again. He supplies you with a quote and then when you follow up with the receptiones the quote does not corrospond as if he wants to charge more to receive something out and you dont get a slip for purchase, their excuse is it has someones account number on.
