Stick to one lie please

For the last 5 days in Komatipoort. I have sat without internet. Only form of communication is with a chat bot and then with a person. I have been **** to so much with half answers. Like if the service is not back in 4 hours please contact us again. The their is an outage then it's my pole the they promise a tech then there is a outage. All will my neighbors have internet.
