I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Hello Paisa. I received a payment from my insurer for a claimed damaged TV, but Hello Paisa has inexplicably blocked my account. I have called them multiple times and was told to send through all the supporting documents to prove where the money came from. I have submitted all the requested documents, including forwarding the original emails from the insurance company and confirmation of the payout. However, my account remains blocked, which is not only frustrating but also makes me feel like I am being ******.
I have read numerous reviews on Hello Peter, and it appears that this is a common practice for Hello Paisa. I am deeply concerned about this and feel that it is unacceptable. I demand that my account be unblocked immediately and that I receive the money that is rightfully mine. I strongly urge Hello Paisa to address this issue and ensure that it does not happen to other clients in the future. This bank is the worst, and I will not stand for this treatment.
