Vehicle Damage Incident - Heineken Delivery Truck (Rembdrand Mall, Paarl) 27 April

My vehicle was parked when a Heineken delivery truck made contact with it while entering the delivery area, resulting in visible damage. The truck delivered to OK Liquor store, Rembrandt Mall, Paarl. I only became aware of the incident later that day and subsequently obtained video footage clearly showing the truck s****ing my car.

I have reported the matter to the store manager at OK Liquor, who indicated that he will contact the Heineken representative. I have received no communication to date from the representative. I have also requested the representative’s contact details, but these have not been provided.

I have reported the incident to SAPS. This incident happened on the 27th of April.

I need action taken from Heineken.
