Health4me
Based on recent customer reviews, Health4me presents a sharply divided customer experience. Customers who interact with knowledgeable consultants frequently praise the clear product explanations, friendly assistance, and quick query resolution. However, a recurring theme involves serious frustrations around claims handling, chronic medication coverage discrepancies, and unauthorised premium deductions after cancellation. Many customers consistently mention struggling to reach agents via WhatsApp and email, with complaints about unfulfilled promises made at sign-up. The contrast between helpful frontline interactions and unresolved back-office issues defines much of the feedback received.

I cancelled my health insurance policy and received written confirmation that the final premium deduction would be on 31 March 2026. Despite this clear written confirmation, another premium was deducted from my bank account on 30 April 2026. This is unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund of the incorrect deduction and confirmation that no further debits will occur. I have all written proof of the cancellation and the confirmation of the final debit date. Please resolve this urgently.

A few months ago, I did all my homework before finally settling on a Health Insurance Policy with Momentum Bloom Health4Me because I was assured that amongst other things, my chronic medication would be covered. The waiting period for obtaining my chronic medication is finally over and horror of horrors, there’s a problem with obtaining two of my chronic medications through them. The one they don’t have and the other I’ve got to pay for from my own pocket! I tried to address this matter directly with Momentum Bloom Health4Me and have yet to speak to a competent consultant who can resolve this matter before I need to refill my prescription. It’s not right that I have to pay for my medication out of my pocket because before I took out the policy I was assured that I would get the medication I needed because the condition was covered. Now it’s a different story! It’s also not right that the other medication is just not available and there apparently isn’t a replacement. It’s also not right that their call centre agents are seemingly *********** and cannot correct this matter! So now I must pay my monthly premium as well as fork out additional money for my medication!

I was **** to by different consultants after making an inquiry about benefits. A manager listened to the calls and condoned the lies ans tried to convince me why I should accept the lies from the consultants as well. Apparently their internal policies excuse the poorly trained staff and work ethic. Any way... I am pregnant and have been fighting for weeks to be fully refunded. The manager does not EVEN have the decency to contact me with an update. Momentum should really look into the quality of its staff and training. Absolutely terrible service. I encourage evey person who has been **** to by this entity to lodge a complaint with the insurance ombud.

WORST medical insurance company ever. Do not sign up with them, because they're product offering is **** and they're customer service is even worse. I enquired via WhatsApp to speak to some on Wednesday morning 11am... it is now Friday 8:30am and I am still waiting for someone to contact me back or respond. Unfortunately I was forced to be on this service because of my employer, so here I am, stuck with this ****py service.

This service provider is the worst. Don’t join this health insurance, the customer service sucks. It’s been 3 weeks trying to get a hold of them just to get direction on how I get authorisation for optometry consultation. Their what’s app platform leaves you hanging for weeks, promising to be putting you through an agent but that never happens. They debit your account monthly but cannot deliver any service on time. Run
