Bad service made a double booking on our accommodation which was booked last year when we arrived people already checked in claiming they made a booking three weeks prior Could not get hold of owner for more than an hour when we finally got hold of her she then claimed she has other properties we could choose from after choosing she call back a while later saying she only has two options to choose from. As we arrived at the place we were unhappy from the minute we entered the driveway as the house was in no good condition and we immediately refused to stay in this house. Owner than says there's nothing she can do but refund our money. We left with no other choice but to find accommodation as it was literally evening by this time.... Owner then locks up the house and leaves us in the driveway saying she needs to go home in order to eft the money. The refund was received 30 minutes after she confirmed her immediate payment and in this time we were searching for a decent place to book into. Owner did not once assist us in finding a place or do a check up after they left us stranded.
