MRP & GUARDRISK - Together in ****ming their clients
Submitted a claim on MRP account which Guardrisk underwrites. They say they will take 2 weeks to finalize a claim that has all claim document submitted LAST WEEK!!!!!!!
Do not take the MRP insurance, it is a ****!

Whilst you are at it, please note you also underwrite the RCS/Makro insurance in which there are 3 more claims which have not been finalised. They told us there is a 5-6 week delay and turn around time!!!
Why so long? What are you guys trying to do to your clients? Please escalate this as well!
