Inequality in customer treatment

I rented a c3 max or similar 2 weeks in advance and on the day of collection they showed up with a suzuki dzire which is the smallest car, I said I wont be taking taking that car. They said they had run out of cars and an hour later they showed up with the same car and gave it to the customer who had just arrived. I asked them about their dishonesty and they gave excuses. After countless phonecalls I settled for vw car as I was already 2 hours late. They really inconvenienced my trip. This was my very bad experience
