Go bid I want my refund

Go bid is taking me from pillar to post with my refund I lodged a discrepancy from the 19th february today 17th of April still no success I personally went to their head office asked for a manager by the name Mpho cant remember the surname She referred me to a Mr Kyle Motssen who was supposed to help me get my refund I had all documents with me Kyle told me not to worry they will process it later he send me a refund form but on the refund form it was indicated that the funds will revert back to my gobid account when I clearly stated I want them back into my account I communicated this with Kyle He said I should send back the form so he can edit it now he is saying I need to sign the form but he has not send me anything why did he not get me to sign when I was in their office can you imagine how much interest gobid is making out of all this monies they dont refund I would honestly not recommend this company to anyone
