GLOBAL LABS - INCOMPENENCY REALISED

Hi.. I went to Dr Y T Singh for my regular checked back in 2018. I did blood test at his rooms. I have sorted all my known shortfalls. This year in August 2019, I received a phone call from Global Labs demanding payment. They were very arrogant and rude. I also requested for their supervisor to contact me...yet no answer. Couple days later, they contacted me again and on my insistence I was able to communicate with the supervisor. I subsequently phoned Y T Singhs rooms to confirm my last visit. They did indicate that they used Global Labs. This claim had already gone over the normal period to claim from medical aid. I have not received any correspondence since the tests. They are now being persistent over their incompetency because nobody did they job to either send me the bill or call me prior to this claim becoming stale.
