Garmin Bad Service

Garmin SA Technical Department Johannesburg have no customer feedback couriered for repair, you have to phone. I was told on phoning that turn around is 4-5 work days but when that comes up, it now 10 working days.

Not sure whether to keep buying Garmin Edge as their dog ear mounts keep breaking and do not last longer than 5 years, once 2 years
