Galaxy memorial krugersdorp-tombstone incomplete after 3 years

I would like to lay a complaint against Galaxy memorials in Krugersdorp. we paid them in full to erect a tombstone in May 2018 and they have still not finished erecting the tombstone after 3 years. we called them and went to their premises multiple times to complain but our complaints fell on deaf ears.

When contacting them please use the Panana surname(The tombstone is at Kagiso cemetery) as a reference since that is the surname on the tombstone.
