First of all, there is no written disclaimer stipulation whatsoever Exchange and Refund policy for the Establishment and on top of that their proof of purchase is a bank terminal slip or package which is also not stipulated anywhere in the shop or has been advised by the shop attendance. Their prices fluctuate based on how good your negotiation skills are and even they cannot give you the same price for one product.
Now I bought a cable with a guarantee that it is the best and should not give me problems, but guess what, within less than 48hours of purchase it stopped working so what do, I return it to the shop hoping for an exchange but only to be met by a Hostile own telling they will not exchange it if it does not have packaging even calling to the extend of calling Security on me ... what a horrific customer service
