I took a car from this people every month I’m charged for extra mileage yet I’m following the same routes. They deduct the same amounts twice they change they payment dates every time without checking if the changes works for me. They now claim to have sent me an invoice for an extra mileage of which I did not receive only that the monthly subscription will increase

GRADE 1 registration
I'm writing to express my concerns regarding the recent poor and unprofessional service experience I had at Fleurhof Future Nation schools with their administrator and enrollment, I believe the level of service fell below the expected standards. September 2023, I did the online application for 2024 grade registration, the online system is not user friendly, lodged a complaint with them, they requested supporting documents so that I can complete a manual application form, completed and submitted. follow up email was sent in December 2023 no response, I went to the school 10/01/2024 to follow up, they requested for the supporting documents AGAIN and so that they can process the application, because one of the administrators fail to do her JOB in September 2023. Today 10/10/2024 received an email from the school stating that I did not complete the online application. phone them again spoke to one of the administrators to follow up she promised to call back, she stated that she will be following up with the enrolment department, I received an email from the administrator requesting me to complete the manual application for the 6 times. its arduous. POOR POOR service. They lack professionalism. MY SON IS ENROLLING FOR GRADE 1. The school is opening :12/01/2024.

Future Nations School teacher advised that we take the child to an Educational Psychologist and I have decided to remove the child from the pyschologist's advise and now I'm trying to cancel the school fees debit order and they say they will debit for 3 months more before it is canceled.

Complaint Regarding the Treatment of Minors
My name is Mmasechaba Nonyane, Mother to Kgosto Nonyane and Tshenolo Khetha, who are learners at Future Nation Schools in Fleurhof. I write this with a heavy heart, following a deeply distressing experience my family has had with the school’s management and staff. My children have been part of the Future Nation community since they were in diapers. We have always trusted that the school operates on values that prioritize educational access, dignity, and fairness. However, what occurred recently has left us shocked and disillusioned. My children were removed from their classrooms on two consecutive days, without any prior communication, mediation, or opportunity afforded to us to make payment arrangements. This action was not only abrupt but also deeply traumatic for the children. We were not consulted, and the process completely lacked compassion and due process. I have written to the head of the schools but have yet to receive a response. The lack of accountability and communication, particularly from Mrs. Langa and the Fleurhof team, is becoming a recurring issue. We are often left ignored when raising valid concerns. This is not the conduct one would expect from an institution that claims to be progressive and child-centered. We believe the school has infringed on our family’s rights in the following ways: Consumer Protection: As a private institution, Future Nation is bound by the Consumer Protection Act, which requires transparent communication and fair treatment of consumers, us, the parents. Children’s Rights: While the constitutional right to basic education is often cited in public schooling, it is concerning that a school like Future Nation would allow financial matters to compromise a child’s well-being and access to learning. Contractual Ethics: While we recognize the contractual consequences of non-payment, any enforcement should remain reasonable, lawful, and humane. Disrupting a child’s education in this manner is neither just nor ethical. Mr. Nxasana, this is not just about one family. We are aware of other parents facing similar treatment. The emotional harm caused to our children—and the reputational harm to the school—could have been avoided through dialogue and dignity.

FORCED TO PAY FEES FOR NO SERVICES RENDERD
I regret taking my child to Future Nations in Fleurhof. Im a single parent and after experiencing domestic abuse, my life and daughter lige was in danger. My work decided to move me to another province in FreeState to be precise . I informed the school that we relocating end March 2024.The school is requesting that I pay fees till July 2024. I seent themm letters from work and tried speaking to the Principal to no help.Im told that the pticipal /Head master or the stsff cannot assist wgen it comes to accounts. I've never received my daughter's report for first term and no transfer card. This school is not sympathetic and all they care about is money. My daughter was left stranded without a school because accounts refused to provide her report and transfer card. Im being threatened about the lawyers fees and having to pay for no services rendered . Im hardly affording basic things. Im a commission earner but the school not budging. 👿😡😡😡I need the Department of education to Intervene in this matter and to start investigating the private schools contract. I moved my child yo the school with understanding that she will do English and Afrikaans, only to learn and inductions that they no longer offer Afrikaans but only Zulu, the same contract they throwing an Ace card on me that they bridged

Asking for debit order to be canceled as the child is leaving g the school and hasn't even been back at the school this year (2025) and they say that they will debit for 3 more months before debit order is canceled.

The best private school
My daughter attended the school from grade 8 through to Matric class of '23. The school uses project based learning. I am appreciative of what the school contributed to my daughters success and development. What seemed to be too much work and expectation for excellence has created a very intuitive and highly discipline university student who does not crack under pressure because she is used to applying her self and pushing boundaries. I want to specifically thank the owners of the school Sizwe and Judy Nxasane, the teachers (all) for all they did. This is the best private school in the country that is also affordable affordable. I wish them growth that will see them having schools in all provinces
